Terms & Conditions

The full list of terms and conditions is availble at www.csch.co.za, here are some important terms to take notice of.

All cancelations will occur a 15% cancellation fee
Cancellation fee: 30% of booking fee if cancelled 72 hours or more prior to service date/time
Cancellation fee: 50% of booking fee if cancelled less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours prior to service date/time
Cancellation fee: 100% of booking fee if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to service date/time (NOREFUND)
Bookings can be moved to different time and date, subject to change fee, availability and management's discretion up to 24 hours prior to departure.
CSCH accepts no responsibility for late arrivals due to delayed flights / luggage problems etc. Should your flight be delayed, you will unavoidably miss your shuttle transfer and you will have to make alternative arrangements at your own expense. No refunds will be considered due to the above.
CSCH accepts no responsibility for traffic delays resulting in late arrival at venues / airport, therefore the passenger should take all the necessary precautions to ensure timeous arrival.
